Summary

We are seeking a Network Security Sales Architect, who will be a key member of our Technical Sales Solutions team. You'll work directly with Bell's Core Sales Team and key stakeholders to identify, develop, design and close complex Network security deals. You'll be responsible for driving growth by positioning Bell's comprehensive suite of Network security products, services, and solutions, being a trusted advisor to both internal teams and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and position the full spectrum of Bell's Network Security and Cyber Security offerings including products, managed services, and professional services—to address complex business challenges.
  • Own network security architecture and pre-sales design activities, including architecture diagrams, bills of materials, and statements of work.
  • Support and manage sales cycles from discovery to close.
  • Develop compelling proposals and ensure internal teams receive the required technical and sales support during pre-sales engagements.
  • Uncover and develop new business opportunities within Bell's existing Enterprise Strategic client base, in partnership with the Core Sales Team.
  • Gather detailed business and technical requirements to establish solution designs that align with sales strategies and revenue targets.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and enterprise clients to ensure proposed solutions align with their business needs.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on Network Security strategy across various verticals, leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen.
  • Actively participate in the Network and Cyber Security ecosystem through events, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Maintain a healthy and well-qualified pipeline; drive disciplined funnel management to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Critical Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales or pre-sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Network Security architecture and design, with a strong track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience selling and architecting security solutions from leading vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Akamai, Check Point, Radware, and Cisco.
  • Solid understanding of Network Security threats (internal & external), common issues, compliance requirements, and modern security concepts.
  • Proven Network Security design and architecture experience, supported by relevant certifications.
  • Experience selling Managed and Professional Network Security services as part of broader enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; strong presentation and executive presence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, collaborative mindset, confidence to influence at all levels, and a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a bias for action. Passion for solving complex business challenges.
