Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from one our Atlantic Canadian Offices (Moncton, NB, Halifax, NS, or St. John's, NL)
- Onboarding/Probation: Full-time in-office for your probation, based in Moncton, NB preferred.
- After Probation: You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 2-3 times a week.
Salary Band: $62,600 - $93,600 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $66,000 - $76,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).

- Support Product Development: Translate product and platform vision into actionable user stories and backlog items for development teams.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT (including agile leads, tech leads, developers, and project and operations teams), UX, and Product Managers to ensure digital solutions meet player needs and business objectives.
- Advocate for Players: Gather insights from player feedback and market research to inform product enhancements and new features.
- Prioritize Features: Assist in evaluating business value and prioritizing features and functionality against established metrics.
- Monitor Performance: Analyze digital product performance using data and recommend optimizations for engagement and growth.
- Ensure Best Practices: Support adherence to Agile methodologies and digital product management standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in digital platforms and processes.
Education and Experience:
- Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years in digital product management, eCommerce, or technology-driven environments.
- Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and backlog management.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
Professional Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with large, cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working with both technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and business sides of an organization.
- Strong ability to prioritize workload
Assets:
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with UX principles and digital platform development.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, UX software, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in the gaming or lottery industry.
