Job Title: Lot/Pavement Maintenance Technician

Location: Moncton, NB

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am start time (end time varies-weekends as needed)

Wage: $20.00/hour

We are looking for Pavement Maintenance Technician s starting mid-April. You will be responsible for performing a variety of pavement upkeep and repair tasks to ensure safe, durable, and visually maintained roadways, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This role involves operating specialized equipment, applying maintenance materials, and maintaining worksite safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and related pavement services.
• Plan and facilitate high-quality pavement maintenance projects and communicate job status with supervisors.
• Maintain safe, hazard-free job sites and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist with general pavement repair and support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including walking, bending, and lifting.
• Experience with related tools and small engines is an asset.

Work Environment:
Outdoor settings with varying weather conditions; require adherence to safety standards and use of personal protective equipment.
