Position Summary

RealityScape VR is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time VR Attendants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new technology, and contributing to a lively entertainment environment.

As a VR Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring every customer has a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a positive first impression
• Explain VR experiences and safety guidelines clearly
• Assist customers with VR equipment setup and use
• Monitor play areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Troubleshoot basic technical or guest issues
• Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns when needed
• Support daily operational tasks and team members

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
