The Consumer and Small Business Product Management team is a high performance team driven by a culture of pride. We are on the path to transform customer purchasing journey experiences. As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead and execute a strategic project enabling invoice consolidation for Mobility, Internet and Subscription services. You may also be asked to help support the base migration of consumer and small business products with monthly recurring charges/credits to new ordering and billing systems. You will work closely with a Senior Technical Product Manager and relevant stakeholders to focus on defining, mapping, implementing, testing & launching key milestones of a project as well as, supporting operational activities and go-to-market. You will need to have advanced critical thinking skills to synthesize information and make optimal choices to transform the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead end-to-end large, transformational and complex strategic projects
  • Manage business requirements, user experience stories and system design reviews, to provide final approval and ensure all issues are documented and actions addressed
  • Responsible to bridge the gap between business and technology while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with cross functional units to align on strategy and project solution
  • Assess and recommend scalable business and technical solutions that meet client and business requirements
  • Facilitate successful delivery of project requirements to meet client needs.
  • Complete and document any process mapping and process re-design/improvement opportunities.
  • Effectively manage customer expectations in solution development.
  • Contribute in the development of quality test plans and participate in testing processes.
  • Provide regular status updates to Project Team and Senior Management
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent education
  • Ability to lead strategic initiatives with agility to operate in a fast paced environment
  • 5+ years' experience as a Project or Program Manager
  • Experience working on projects or program and support key milestones (requirements, design, testing, delivery, launch, risk management, issue management, critical path identification and post-normalization)
  • Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displays high sense of urgency
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes, products and services and apply to strategic direction.
  • Strong research, analytical, data collection and problem solving skills
  • Ability to be detail oriented and organized to execute activities precisely and successfully
  • Willingness to try new things, innovate and do things differently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
