Discover Kia is looking for a General Manager to bring automotive hospitality to life through inspired leadership.

Compensation: Total ability to earn up to $180,000.00 + annually, plus demo vehicle, comprised of base and bonus structure.

As General Manager of Discover Kia, you will be the driving force behind the dealership's success, setting the tone for a high performing, people first culture across all departments. Your impact will be felt through:

• Dealership Leadership: Oversee all dealership operations, including Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts, ensuring departments meet performance targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Financial & Operational Performance: Manage dealership budgets and financials, monitor KPIs, control expenses, and drive profitability.
• Team Development: Lead, coach, and hold department managers accountable, building high-performing teams and a culture of responsibility and results.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction meets Steele Auto's standards for service, satisfaction, and trust.
• Sales & Marketing: Direct vehicle inventory, sales processes, and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.
• Growth & Market Presence: Analyze local market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies to expand dealership performance.
• Strategic Execution: Implement Steele Auto Group's policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring operational compliance and alignment with corporate standards.
• People & Culture: Oversee employee relations, partner with HR on staffing, compliance, and performance management, and maintain a positive, engaged workplace.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of dealership leadership experience with proven success leading multi department teams
• Strong business and financial acumen across sales, service, and operations
• Confident decision making, problem solving, and strategic thinking
• A customer first mindset with a genuine commitment to exceptional experiences
• The ability to thrive in a high accountability environment while keeping a long-term perspective
• Excellent communication and organizational skills that build trust and clarity across teams
