Plumbing Inside Salesperson

We currently have 11 locations throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. We are currently recruiting a Plumbing Inside Salesperson to join our new team of dedicated professionals in Saint John, NB

What is my role?

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide high level customer service to clients and potential customers, initiation of prospect calls and the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing customers. Additionally, you will:

• Collaborate with Branch and Corporate Sales team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
• Pursuing commercial and/or project sales opportunities and providing competitive sales quotations to same
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.
• Developing a network of contacts through which prospective customers are obtained, thus leading to future sales.
• Overcome objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare customer sales orders.

As an Eddy Group Ltd Salesperson, your role will be to exemplify our brand image as an ambassador and provide positive brand experiences to all customers. You will have a sales background with experience in plumbing and HVAC. Additionally, you will have/be:

• Strong knowledge of wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

This is a full-time salaried position working out of our location in Saint John, NB. The location will be open from 7:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday, but hours outside of these should be expected. Salary is based on an 8-hour day, 40-hour week. Annual base salary will be commensurate with your experience.
