JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent plays a strategic role in the digital transformation of human resources processes by maximizing the potential of the iTacit platform. They design, develop and optimize forms, workflows and interactive tools to improve operational efficiency, ensure consistent practices and deliver a seamless, modernized employee experience across the organization.

Working closely with human resources teams, managers and external partners, the incumbent analyzes operational needs, recommends appropriate solutions and uses the iTacit platform to configure features that promote automation, self-service and the reduction of manual tasks. This role leverages expertise in iTacit to directly contribute to the modernization of human resources practices and the continuous improvement of services offered.

This is a key position in supporting the vision of a digital, flexible, and user-centred HR environment. As this is a new position, responsibilities will evolve over time to adapt to the needs of the Human Resources Department and the Network.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, information technology or a related field;
  • Five to seven years' experience in human resources, HR technologies or digital project management, ideally in an environment using HR platforms;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, configuring or optimizing forms, workflows and interactive tools to support HR processes;
  • Knowledge or experience of iTacit or other HR platforms;
  • Experience in process analysis, digital solutions development or project management;
  • Proven knowledge and experience in developing guides and operational tools;
  • Combination of training and experience deemed equivalent;
  • Proven problem-solving skills;
  • Leadership and decision-making skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to identify shortcomings, propose solutions and ensure their implementation;
  • Proficiency using computer tools;
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
  • Ability to work in a changing environment and encourage the adoption of new practices;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
