SummaryThe Digital Account Manager - Tubi oversees the day-to-day activities within the online account(s) and the execution of customer orders, from initial briefing to campaign post-mortem, including, order entry, ad trafficking and creative management. To achieve this, the Digital Account Manager manages the fulfilment and optimization of campaigns in line with the customer's requirements and expectations. In addition, the Digital Account Manager provides regular reports to the customer and the Account Executive on the delivery of the campaign.
The Digital Account Manager identifies opportunities within the account for up selling and cross selling and works closely with the Account Executive on proposals for new business. The Digital Account Manager is responsible for account optimization and increased Return on Investment (ROI) from the customer's perspective.
Success in this role relies on the ability of the Digital Account Manager to build a reputation of "trusted advisor" within the customer business and to develop strong relationships with key contacts. Effective planning and organisational skills coupled with an ability to identify opportunities for new business / up selling are also keys to success.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all compliance on client deliverables and revenue; including:
- Trafficking and launching campaigns based on requested launch date.
- Testing and performing QA for advertising creative to ensure proper functionality within Bell Media network (Within Apps, Desktop/Mobile Web, Connected TV, VOD, Podcasts, Digital Audio, Addressable TV)
- Send clients ad specifications based on their campaign and provide any assistance required to ensure creative meets with these specifications.
- Provide clients with reporting and any optimization suggestions.
- Work with Sales to upsell products and packages to clients
- Monitoring online campaigns to ensure full delivery.
- Billing revisions.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Executive and Senior Manager of any problems that may arise.
- Works closely with the product and content team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Schedule and manage online advertising campaigns using multiple systems and tools (GAM, Cadent,Triton, FreeWheel, Placement.io including all required filters, settings and targeting criteria
- Identify opportunities within the account for up selling and cross selling and work closely with the Account Executive on proposals for new business
- Troubleshooting campaign, creatives and tag issues within Desktop/Mobile Web, App, Connected TV, Digital Audio/Podcast and VOD environments.
- Attend weekly meetings with Account Executive to ensure both parties are informed of campaign progression and upcoming opportunities.
- Attend weekly Ad Operations team meetings.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- 4 years + experience in Digital Ad Trafficking, Digital Account Management, Digital Ad Operations preferably with a Publisher.
- 2 years' experience in programmatic trading.
- Experience in Google Ad Manager ad server is a must.
- Must have experience in trafficking their own Display, Video Creatives across Desktop, Mobile Web, App, Connected TV and Video on Demand platforms.
- Able to read web/app ad calls
- Working knowledge with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is required.
- Proven track record in campaign management and optimisation.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- High level of proficiency in Magnite, Freewheel, Cadent, Looker Dashboards, Salesforce, Springserve, FreeWheel, Triton Ad Server.
- Understanding of 3rd party tagging solution vendors such as IAS, MOAT, DV and the knowledge of implementing them into Display, Video creatives.
- Understanding the difference between viewability standards, i.e. GroupM, MRC, IAB.
- Working knowledge of 1st & 3rd party audience segmentation.
- Experience and knowledge in creating and managing Programmatic Guaranteed campaigns.
- Time & Priority Management; highly skilled at prioritization and has strong organizational skills.
- Motivated, energetic and determined and has experience working in teams.
- Detail oriented, resilient, team player and an agile learner.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making under pressure.

- French-English bilingualism is an asset
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
