  • Promote cooperation and consistency between teams by reinforcing expectations and standard practices
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
  • Lead, coach, and support production employees on shift
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices
  • Identify and resolve production issues independently, escalating only when necessary
  • Document key events, decisions, and issues to ensure continuity

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and resolve issues in real time
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety and quality expectations

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (asset, not mandatory)

What We Offer

  • Stable Friday-Sunday schedule with clear accountability
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • A role with real autonomy and responsibility
  • Support from an experienced management team and clear operating expectations

If you are a clear communicator who values teamwork, consistency, and accountability - and who is comfortable leading independently - we encourage you to apply.
