The role:
As a part of the Global Cash, Collateral and Intraday Management team the Associate Director, Intraday Collateral Management will be responsible for overseeing reporting and monitoring of intraday collateral usages.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Oversee the forecasting and intraday tracking of collateral positions.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of collateral monitoring reports.
- Contribute to development of intraday collateral management policy.
- Develop and maintain the collateral stress testing framework.
- Monitor and communicate collateral mobilization activities, including periodic testing.
- Use analytical tools to drive initiatives to optimize intraday collateral usage.
- Help contribute to the intraday collateral monitoring capabilities buildout.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- Graduate degree in Finance (MBA/Master of Finance) and professional designations would be an asset
- 5+ years of experience in Banking.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, conceptualization, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate technical and analytical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Creative problem solver and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently
