ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
(Administrative Services - Level 3)
OPEN COMPETITION
The New Brunswick Housing Corporation is seeking individuals for temporary opportunities as Administrative Services Officers in the Moncton area.
As a member of the Housing Program Delivery team, the successful candidates will be responsible to provide a variety of administrative support services to the general public and all levels of staff within the office. Responsibilities include responding to a wide range of routine and complex telephone inquiries, creating and maintaining work orders for maintenance issues, collaboration with Tenant Relation/Program Officers and Maintenance Staff on active housing files/repair calls, act as a point of contact for 3rd part contractors, and records management of ongoing Housing Files (for both vacated and tenant occupied dwellings) as well as collection of overdue accounts. Work will also include filing, photocopying, processing invoices on tenant accounts, preparation of correspondence, and data entry. Other duties may be assigned as required.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Work at this level requires education gained through high school or GED, supplemented by post-secondary education typically a one (1) year program plus a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate experience in one or more of the following asset qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an office setting; and/or
- Knowledge of conflict resolution.

Salary: $42,250 to $51,246 per annum
