Hours:

75 (12 hours, Shift Work; Days, Nights, Weekends)

0800-2000, 2000-0800 Hours; Monday to Sunday.

Salary:

NS28 (CAD39.39 - CAD49.06 per hour)

The following Incentives may be applicable and can be combined:
  1. Signing bonus up to $10,000 (up to $14,000 if facility is located off the TCH ? Rural Sites)
  1. Health Professional Bursary (student) up to $10,000
  1. Come Home Incentive up to $50,000

Qualifications: Positions will be awarded based on an experience/seniority ratio of 80% experience and 20% seniority per rotation. Candidates hired based on the experience ratio require a minimum of two years of Mental Health experience. A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and/or a Registered Nurse with current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador is required. A post-basic diploma in Mental Health and/or a Psychiatric Mental Health CNA certification is an asset. If there is no suitable candidate with the required qualifications, other levels of experience and training may be considered for this competition.
