Customer Service Representative

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $23.00/hr

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Shifts available: Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in the Brampton area. The position is for future consideration, temporary but on-going until further notice. The ideal candidate has experience with SAP and is comfortable doing repetitive tasks (data entry, filing).

Job Duties:

• May assist other customer service reps
• Receives and processes customer orders/releases, checks for variation, and notifies department supervisor of any changes
• Contacts customers in advance to notify of late or incomplete shipments
• Solves any cumulative shipping discrepancies through shipping, inventory, and customers
• Advises department manager of changes in releases

Requirements:

• Related work experience, preferred
• Minimum high school diploma
• Excellent computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Cooperative with fellow employees
• Flexible to work overtime (weekdays/weekends)
• Loyal and positive attitude towards company/co-workers
• Required to go into the plant, so safety shoes are necessary
