Front Office Coordinator

We're looking for a Director of First Impressions to join one of Canada's top advertising agencies.

Who You Are

You're the first face our clients see and the first voice they hear, and you set the tone. You'll welcome clients, visitors, and team members, help keep the office running smoothly, support the team behind the scenes, and take pride in the details that make a great workplace feel effortless. You're organized, friendly, calm under pressure, and quick to learn.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and shared spaces.
• Support day-to-day office operations, from organizing shared spaces to making sure the coffee is on and the snacks are stocked.
• Provide administrative support across data entry, research, scheduling, and document preparation
• Pitch in on special projects as needed.
• Handle confidential information with care.

What You Bring

• 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort juggling tasks in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting a team.
