About the Role
The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver clear, consistent messaging that supports our operations and brand goals. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns from brief to launch, including timelines, copy development, creative collaboration, asset delivery, and performance reporting
- Serve as the main point of contact for advertising initiatives, including digital campaigns, recruitment marketing, and regional or shared advertising opportunities
- Write and edit clear, on-brand copy for campaigns, digital content, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with creative, sales, recruitment, and operational teams to support priority initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and platform data, identifying insights and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support website updates and improvements, including creating landing pages, updating content, and working with internal subject matter experts or external agencies
- Build, test, and optimize digital and marketing automation campaigns to improve audience engagement and brand experience
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and marketing expenses
- Maintain accurate status tracking and reporting across projects and campaigns
About You
- Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Advertising (degree considered an asset)
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or agency environment, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and content creation
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), CRM or marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta and other paid media tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
