Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator

Job Type: Temporary ongoing with the opportunity to go permanent
Location : Kingston, ON (401 & Middle Rd)
Shift: Monday to Friday
Pay rate : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience.

This role focuses on operating a reach truck in narrow aisles, handling palletized inventory, and supporting daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a valid reach forklift certification and is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach forklift safely to move, stack, and retrieve palletized materials
• Place and remove product from racking at various heights
• Pick and stage orders using a reach truck
• Load and unload materials as required
• Verify product labels, quantities, and locations
• Assist with inventory movement and organization
• Build skids and wrap product for secure storage or shipment
• Work closely with supervisors and warehouse staff to meet daily targets
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid reach forklift certification
• Previous reach truck operating experience
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Comfortable working at heights and in narrow aisles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and dependable

Work Conditions:

• Busy production environment
• Regular standing and lifting throughout the day
