Shifts: Monday - Friday

Hours: Morning and Afternoon Shifts - 8:00am-4:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm - must be flexible to work both
Pay Rate: $ 19.00 / hr

We are looking for a Wire Cutter to join a busy production environment in Kingston. This role involves sorting, cutting, and preparing cable orders with accuracy and attention to detail. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results, this could be a great fit.

Job Description:

• Sort cable by size and type
• Cut wire and cable to specified lengths based on order requirements
• Remove outer armor and strip insulation
• Package completed orders for shipping
• Follow instructions from the onsite supervisor
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, production, or general labour roles
• CSA-approved steel-toed boots
• Criminal background check
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A bility to perform basic math for measurements and order accuracy
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly

Work Conditions:

• Busy production environment
• Regular standing and lifting throughout the day
