About the Opportunity
The Regional Manager, Clinical Services, is responsible for providing clinical leadership, direction and oversight for Parkland RLC sites within the assigned division. Supporting pre-open, ramp-up and stable campuses, and working as a key member of the regional team, the Regional Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, administering and evaluating all resident care services through a partnership approach. In addition you will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical leaders and Regional Clinical Partners to ensure safe, high quality care delivery
- Partner with Divisional Lead and General Managers to evaluate clinical performance, identify risk and implement improvement strategies
- Oversee programs such as infection prevention and control (IPAC), nursing quality improvement, and utilization review
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and regulatory standards
- Monitor clinical indicators and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Deliver and oversee onboarding, training, and education for clinical teams
- Travel regularly to communities to provide leadership and support

About You
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in nursing or practical nursing (RN preferred; LPN considered)
- Current registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body
- Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, including at least five years of direct patient or resident care
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience overseeing clinical operations (retirement living, long-term care, or community health preferred)
- Experience leading teams in a unionized environment
- Advanced degree in nursing or leadership (MN, MScN, Med, MBA) considered an asset
- Specialized training in gerontology, dementia care, palliative care, IPAC, or related areas is an asset
