Job Title: Merchandiser
Location: Toronto, ON (GTA and surrounding areas: Scarborough, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Pickering, etc.)
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM start time
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour + $0.61/km mileage reimbursement + $10/day for mobile data usage

This role supports a short-term merchandising project across convenience stores and gas stations throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. The project typically last approximately 2 to 4 weeks and involves organizing branded ice cream freezers, following plan-o-grams, and completing store visit reports using a client-provided mobile app.

Responsibilities
• Travel to assigned store locations and complete merchandising tasks as outlined in client instructions
• Defrost and clean freezer cabinets, ensuring clear glass and no ice buildup
• Arrange products according to plan-o-grams, replacing and repositioning display baskets as needed
• Remove outdated product stickers and apply new ones on freezer glass
• Maintain store presentation standards and communicate with store staff
• Document each visit using the client's mobile app and upload required photos
• Report any issues or challenges to the central dispatch team

Requirements
• Previous experience in merchandising and using plan-o-grams
• Comfort using hand tools such as rubber mallets and ice chippers
• Valid G Class Driver's License with access to a reliable vehicle
• Smartphone required (daily data usage compensation provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Clean driver's abstract and valid criminal background check

Work Conditions
This is a field-based role requiring travel to multiple store locations each day. Work involves standing, cleaning, light product handling, and driving between sites. Compensation includes mileage and mobile data use.
