SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Technical Product Manager I to join our dynamic, high performing Enterprise Architecture Strategy team. This role is critical in shaping the future of Bell's transformation from a Telco to Tech Co and requires a proven track record of success in scenario analysis, developing transformative technology-centric strategies, and mobilizing teams towards execution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and can grasp complex topics, while being an exceptionally strong communicator capable of distilling down the essential business considerations for senior leaders.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be expected to lead the development of high-quality, independent analyses that drive stakeholder value. You will transform complex datasets into structured, actionable insights and derive key implications from contracts, financial documentation, and stakeholder materials. Constructing robust financial models with comprehensive sensitivity analyses is a critical part of the role. You will create polished, stakeholder-ready materials that effectively communicate findings and uncover meaningful trends and correlations within diverse data sources. Additionally, you will generate multiple strategic options based on rigorous analysis and craft compelling narratives that distill complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and deliver it to senior executive audiences.
Critical Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Profile: 5-7 years in management consulting or corporate strategic advisory roles, demonstrated track record of increasing analytical responsibility, proven ability to drive analysis into stakeholder impact, and portfolio of high-impact visual artifacts and presentations.
- Professional Skills: Structured thinking, issue decomposition, exceptional attention to detail, executive-level communication, ability to naturally gather people, intellectual curiosity, and continuous learning orientation.
- Analytical Toolkit: Advanced Excel modeling, financial scenario analysis, and proficiency with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.
- Problem-Solving Frameworks: MECE problem structuring, McKinsey's 7S organizational assessment, root cause analysis methodologies, strategic positioning frameworks, and value driver trees.
Business Acumen - Financial Analysis: NPV, IRR, ROIC calculation, cost structure analysis, and variance analysis.
- Value Analysis: Total cost of ownership modeling, opportunity cost quantification, full lifecycle economic modeling, and comparative scenario value modeling.
- Solution Assessment: Feasibility, viability, implementation road mapping, technology ecosystem evaluation, implementation risk identification, capability maturity assessment, and technology strategy development.
- Systems Thinking and Methods: Vendor selection and solution evaluation frameworks.
Technical Acumen - Aptitude: Grasp new technology concepts quickly
- Digital transformation : BSS modernization, customer lifecycle management, LBGUPS evolution
- Platform familiarity: SaaS platforms and cloud solutions – Salesforce, Servicenow, Google, AWS
Communication Excellence - Presentation Mastery: Storyboarding, narrative structure development, executive-level oral presentation delivery, technical concept translation, audience adaptation, stakeholder management, compelling data-driven storytelling.
- Visual Communication: Information architecture, data visualization best practices, executive dashboards, complex process mapping, slide design principles.
