Pay Rate: $18/hr-$21/hr

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

Shifts available: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

If you are an experienced Receptionist looking for a position with a leading company, we can help! We are a leading staffing firm and we are looking for a receptionist for our client who specializes in customized coatings for a variety of industries.

If you are looking for a great environment and an opportunity to grow within a team, this role might be for you. It is located near HWY 50 and Major Mackenzie.

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE OR HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO REACH JOB SITE

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
• Match product with shipping or PO documentation during shipment
• Attach identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
• Schedule, track and verify shipments as required
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies as required
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 (one) year experience in reception/administrative support.
• Must be comfortable using computer
• Ability to read and write English
• Strong customer service and communication skills both written and oral
• Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented
• High school diploma or higher (equivalent work experience is acceptable)
