As a Business Process Architect specializing in group insurance, you will play a key role in transforming, modeling, and optimizing business processes. Your mission is to align operational processes with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements while driving efficiency, agility, and an enhanced customer experience.
- Design, model, document, and optimize business processes related to group insurance (quotes, enrollments, changes, terminations, claims, renewals).
- Analyze current processes (as-is) to identify inefficiencies and propose future-state models (to-be) aligned with strategic goals using methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, operations, compliance, customer service, sales) to understand needs and lead workshops for process mapping and problem-solving.
- Develop target process architectures and transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and system capabilities.
- Translate operational requirements into functional and technical needs, identify gaps, and recommend technological or organizational adjustments.
- Contribute to business cases and impact assessments, evaluating benefits, costs, risks, and timelines for improvement projects.
- Apply best practices in process governance and continuous improvement, defining KPIs and promoting a culture of accountability.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, digitization, and AI, ensuring processes enhance customer experience and compliance.
- Assist with implementation and change management, including training, documentation, UAT, and post-deployment feedback.
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in business process design and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of operations and challenges specific to group insurance.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (IT, operations, compliance, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Experience in process transformation or modernization projects.
- Bilingual (French and English) required.
