Reporting to the Manager, you will play a key role in managing relationships with Third-Party Administrators (TPA) and Third-Party Providers (TPP) within the group insurance business line. You will oversee compliance, support new contract implementation, and ensure smooth collaboration with partners.
You will work on strategic initiatives, coordinate audits and training, and manage communications with partners. In addition to these responsibilities, you will supervise team members involved in data analysis and accounting, promoting best practices and operational efficiency.

- Lead and mentor team members in data analysis and accounting
- Manage relationships and projects with TPA/TPP partners, including requests and contract implementation.
- Analyze partner needs, negotiate solutions, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Coordinate audits, validate processes, and deliver training to partners.
- Oversee partner communications and respond to inquiries efficiently.
- Supervise team members, set objectives, and drive process improvements.
- Maintain and update internal procedures and tools to reflect partner differences.
- College or university degree in Business Administration is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and data analysis.
- Understanding of group insurance and related benefits.
- Ability to analyze and interpret contracts independently.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build partner relationships.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills for complex requests.
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French.
- Adaptability to change and critical thinking to identify risks.
- Quick learner with strong understanding of internal processes and cross-department impacts.
- Experience in team management and motivating staff.
