Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Pay: $22.41 Hourly

Schedule: 8:00pm to 4:00 am Sunday to Friday or 4:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Location: Saint-Laurent, QC

The Warehouse Worker role consists of daily shipping and receiving activities within a refrigerated environment. Warehouse Associates will perform most of their activities within an environment that ranges from 2 degrees Celsius to roughly -22 degrees Celsius.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly 15 minutes before shift, wearing clean clothes meeting safety requirements (e.g., high-visibility outerwear, steel toes).
• You will prepare orders, load and unload LTL trucks,
• Prepare the Canadian Food inspections under the supervision of Operations Manager and CFIA Inspectors.
• Operate a narrow-aisle double-deep reach forklift, sit-down counter-balance forklift, ride-on electric jigger. (Experience with machines is a must have).
• Maintain general knowledge of product locations in warehouse.
• Ensure accurate loading of trucks adhering to health & safety regulations.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification, with 1 plus years of experience.
• Valid Raymond Reach certification, with 1 plus years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Criminal Record Check may be required during onboarding.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work efficiently with little to no supervision.
• Steel-toed boots are required for safety.
