Qualifications: Current Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador is required. Candidates must have 3 years of outpatient experience within the last 5 years. An ability to work independently with a demonstrated competency in organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, conflict management, team building, change management, and decision-making skills is essential. Strong problem-solving skills are required. Chemotherapy certification through NLHS will be provided if not already certified. Consideration will be given to candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education and training. A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is also required.
