­Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Analyst to join our Financial Planning, Treasury & Insurance team. This role is integral to managing corporate insurance programs, coordinating renewals, handling claims, and providing expert guidance on insurance and risk management matters. If you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

• Coordinate annual corporate insurance renewals across multiple coverage lines.
• Liaise with brokers and insurers for claims and policy changes.
• Administer and track claims, negotiate settlements, and maintain records.
• Prepare insurance premium forecasts and process invoices.
• Provide internal support on coverage, certificates, and contract requirements.

­What We're Looking For:

• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build strong business relationships.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

­What You'll Need:

• University or College training in business, engineering or related fields and completion of the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or similar. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
• 5 years of progressively responsible and relevant experience insurance and risk management.
• Experience in reviewing legal contracts, including liability and insurance clauses within contracts to identify, control and manage risk exposures.
• Small claims management experience is preferred.
