The opportunity:
Dr. Kristina Cameron, Dr. Katelynn Comeau, and Dr. Sarah Sampson are seeking a permanent, full time Registered Nurse (RN) to join their clinical team in Saint John, NB. As an essential member of the care team, the RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting positive patient experiences.
We are looking for a compassionate, professional individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in an outpatient clinic and comfort working with children is considered a strong asset. We also welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about learning and growing within the role.

Key Responsibilities, as required/applicable:
- Coordinate patient care by assessing, planning, evaluating and discussing/reviewing with Drs.
- Answer inquiries in a helpful, respectful and efficient manner.
- Maintain electronic medical records via EMR software.
- RN will be doing immunization, well baby care, chronic disease management (i.e. Diabetes, hypertension, COPD), wart treatment, ear syringing, assist with minor procedures, and assist with insurance forms.
- Perform all other related tasks based on operational requirements.
Working Conditions & Location:
- The Registered Nurse position requires on-site availability Monday through Friday, with no evening, weekend, or statutory holiday shifts. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Fridays.
- The team within the clinic consists of a total of 3 physicians and their respective support staff.
- The clinic is located at 199 Chesley Drive, Suite 103, Saint John, NB.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate advanced clinical and critical thinking.

- Self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency with a computer (including using the internet, electronic medical record system, and MS Office software).

- Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in French is considered an asset.
Experience/Education:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
- The applicant must be currently registered and in good standing with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB).
- A minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting, as well as experience in an outpatient clinic, are considered valuable assets.
- Valid CPR certification.
- General knowledge of the New Brunswick medical system is an asset.
