About the Role

In this position you will report to the Manager, Office of People-Centred Measurement while being responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating and supporting administrative activities within the Office of People-Centred Measurement.
  • Telephone and email correspondence with patients, clients, family members, and staff for a variety of inquiries.
  • Assisting in the preparation of survey mail-out campaigns including preparing survey mail-out packages and receiving and screening responses received via mail.
  • Completing telephone interviews with survey respondents as needed.
  • Data entry for survey responses and other transcription.
  • Typing letters and other administrative correspondence.
  • Supporting development of reports and knowledge translation materials, using Work, PowerPoint, and other software solutions.
  • Providing general administrative support including, but not limited to, printing, photocopying, filing, arranging meetings, creating purchase requisitions, arranging business travel, coordinating e-calendars, ordering office supplies, and supporting payroll functions.

About You

Your education and experience include:

  • Business or Office Administration Diploma
  • Minimum of five years? experience as an administrative professional with experience supporting highly confidential environments
  • Experience working in a unionized workplace, including experience with interpreting collective agreements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of a provincial healthcare environment
