As a Draws Auditor at Atlantic Lottery, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity and credibility of our lottery draws. Reporting to the Supervisor, Draws Audit, you will provide independent assurance that all draw processes comply with game rules, corporate policies, and regulatory standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify risks and recommend improvements to ensure fair play and customer confidence.

Salary Band: $62,600 - $93,600 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $66,000 - $76,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).
Work Location & Schedule: This role is primarily remote; however, the successful candidate must reside within reasonable proximity to our Moncton NB office to attend in-person meetings or perform on-site duties when required. Please note that this role is continuous operations and operates 24/7/365, during overnight hours.
Audit & Compliance:
- Conduct independent audits of sports, regional and ILC draws, as well as on-site auditing for Mega 360 spins to ensure compliance with game rules, corporate policies, and control standards.
- Review and verify draw documentation, calculations, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Risk & Control:
- Identify and assess risk exposures; recommend improvements to draw processes and control systems.
- Provide expert input on system testing and compliance during game development and user acceptance testing.
System & Process Management:
- Maintain expertise in Game Management and Independent Control Systems; support testing and troubleshooting.
- Update process documentation and ensure timely reporting of audit results.
Special Projects:
- Audit promotional contest draws with prize values over $1,000.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives.
Training & Development:
- Complete mandatory corporate training and stay current with industry standards.
Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in auditing, compliance, or risk management (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with auditing tools and systems.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
