Have you ever wondered what it takes to be the person running the game?
Here's your chance.Red Shores is launching our next Table Games Dealer School on January 12th, 2026. This paid, hands-on training program is designed to teach you the skills and confidence you need to become a successful Table Games Dealer - No prior experience required.
Dealer School is facilitated by experienced Table Games leadership in a supportive, structured learning environment with plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and build confidence.
Compensation
• Dealer School: paid at minimum wage
• After training: $17.03/hr + gratuities
• Wage is adjusted after successful completion of you table test and throughout your shadow period. Gratuities will be added after your shadowing period.
Training Schedule
• Monday-Thursday: 6:00pm-10:00pm
• Saturdays: 7:00pm-11:00pm - Optional Practice Lab
• Week 4: Testing + additional coaching as needed
• Candidates may receive 1 retest
Training Covers:
• Blackjack
• Baccarat
• Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em
Following Dealer School, successful candidates will be paired with a knowledgeable dealer for a structured shadowing period on the main gaming floor with live play
During training and once certified, you'll learn to:
• Provide a great guest experience through friendly, confident dealing
• Deliver accurate mental math, chip handling, and game procedures
• Maintain game integrity and follow casino policies
• Stay calm and composed during fast-paced or difficult interactions
• Professionally de-escalate situations and communicate clearly
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments
• Represent Red Shores with professionalism, fairness, and hospitality
No experience? No problem. We're looking for individuals who:
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Have a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Stay composed under pressure
• Pay close attention to detail
• Have customer service or hospitality experience
• Can handle challenging interactions with professionalism
• Have strong basic math skills
• Can follow structured procedures
• Bring an engaging, friendly presence to the table
• Casino experience (asset)
• Speak multiple languages (asset)
