Position: Summer Student - Agile Software Development & QA
Location: Moncton, NB in office
Work Term: Typically 16 weeks, starting in May 2026

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to enhance ALC's web and mobile experiences.
  • Support the development and testing of new website and mobile features.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Help validate content and functionality in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Perform exploratory, regression, and user-experience testing across different devices.
  • Document findings, bugs, and test results clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and troubleshoot issues.

Education and Requirements:

  • Must be studying post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT related program.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to apply by the start date.
  • Must reside in Atlantic Canada.

  • Interest in web or mobile development and learning how digital products are built.
  • Curiosity about Agile teamwork and modern development practices.
  • A willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
