Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: St. John's NL
Available Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate of Pay: $24 hourly

Job Description:

Advantage Personnel is urgently recruiting for a Accounting Clerk position. Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who is exceptionally organized, detail oriented and seeking potential growth within their role.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Accounts Payable Data Entry
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Submitting invoices

• Reconciliations

• Payroll Support

• Processing accounts and incoming payments

Candidate Qualifications:
• Efficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and great attention to detail
• Completion of Accounting Program & currently working towards CPA designation
• 1-3 years accounting experience
