Job Summary
Reporting to the Team Lead, Client Solutions, the Policy Analyst provides administrative and technical support to internal and external clients regarding requests related to eligibility, member billing, and support for users of our digital tools. The analyst ensures the updating of records, correspondence, and the application of eligibility standards in accordance with group insurance contracts. The analyst enters data into administrative systems and communicates with various stakeholders for any information related to the application of eligibility and billing standards.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to internal and external clients.
- Provide telephone support to group administrators during business hours.
- Analyze requests, ensure follow-up and documentation, and forward to internal teams as needed.
- Apply policies and eligibility standards when reviewing enrollment or change requests.
- Enter data into administrative systems while respecting quality standards and deadlines.
- Ensure the accuracy of information entered and report any anomalies or delays.
- Use application and/or production tracking tools.
- Suggest process improvements to optimize quality and turnaround times.
- Adapt written communications to meet client needs.
- Perform any other related tasks.
What We Are Looking For
- College diploma (DEC).
- Two years of relevant experience.
- Experience in group insurance or customer service would be a strong asset.
- Ability to analyze and interpret insurance contracts.
- Completion of LOMA 1 and 2 courses according to company policy (an asset).
- Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bilingualism (English-French) is considered a strong asset for this position
