Your Role

As Administrator / CEO, you'll lead our senior management team and oversee all aspects of operations, strategic planning, and service delivery. You'll work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure Tideview Terrace continues to provide exceptional care and innovative programs for our residents.

What You'll Do

• Lead with Purpose: Drive strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Champion Quality Care: Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Empower People: Recruit, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers.
• Manage Resources: Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and fiscal accountability.
• Collaborate: Build strong relationships with the Board, community partners, and health care networks.

What We're Looking For

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care or Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's considered an asset).
  • Current certification within a professional body and / or education within the Continuing Care space.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Proven leadership in health care or long-term care administration.
  • Strong financial management and HR expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Nova Scotia health care regulations and Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
