Job Title: Food Production Line Worker

Location: Sackville, NB

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday (weekends as needed), 8:00 am - 7:00 pm (end time varies)

Wage: $17.00/hour

Company Property - Swipe Cards

On your first day, you will receive a company swipe key/card from Terra Beata. Please ensure that any swipe cards in your possession are always kept securely. Note that these cards belong to AAC—the other company operating within our building—not Terra Beata. However, they remain company property and must be treated accordingly.

Return Requirements

Upon the end of your employment or whenever requested, you are required to return all company property, including swipe cards, to Terra Beata through the window on the shipping and receiving side.

This ensures continued access for current and future employees and helps us maintain operational integrity.

Failure to return company property may result in the cost of replacement being charged to you.

Responsibilities May Include (But Not Limited To):

• Sorting, packaging, and crating materials and products
• Building cardboard totes to package products
• Cleaning work areas and equipment
• Following Company GMP
• Checking products to ensure conformance to company standards and clearing machine blockages as required
• Recording production information such as quantity, weight, size, date, and type of products packaged

Job Requirements:

• Be reliable and dependable, able to be at work every day, on time
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the process
• Flexibility to work shift work
• Steel toe safety shoes are required
• Own transportation
• Capable of following instructions and plant processes
• Team player, positive attitude, strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive task environment
