Building Cleaner

Job Title: Facility Cleaner

Location: Toronto, ON (near Yonge St. & Wilson Ave.)

Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18/hr per hour

Position Overview:

We're currently hiring a Facility Cleaner for a property management client located in North Toronto. This daytime role involves maintaining the cleanliness of two connected buildings on the same property. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Duties:

• Empty and dispose of waste properly from various areas
• Vacuum carpets and rugs throughout the building
• Mop floors and respond to any spills promptly
• Clean restrooms and replenish toiletries and supplies
• Dust surfaces and maintain general cleanliness
• Handle occasional spot cleaning or urgent clean-up requests as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of recent experience in a janitorial or building cleaning role
• Ability to work independently and take direction well
• Clear criminal background check
• Government Reliability Security Clearance
• Positive work ethic and team-focused mindset
