We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to provide marketing, communications and events support to the firm's New Brunswick offices. This position is based in our Saint John, Fredericton or Moncton offices.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate firm events and sponsorships including professional speaking engagements, community events, client seminars and annual client receptions and events.
- Lead the request for proposal (RFP) responses and other business development initiatives.
- Manage industry awards and directories.
- Prepare and manage internal and external communications, including advertising, website and social media content, in alignment with the regional marketing department.
- Manage promotional item and client gifting initiatives.
- Regular travel within New Brunswick required.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of post-secondary studies with a focus in marketing, advertising or public relations.
- Three to five years' experience in a marketing manager position.
- Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams. Database management experience is an asset.
- Experience with marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing software, website CMS (WordPress or similar), social media management tools and graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Exceptional writing, organizational, leadership and client service skills along with a strong attention to detail.
- Bilingualism as well as proposal writing experience are considered assets.
- Self-started who performs comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, shifting priorities as needed on a daily basis.
