Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $23.00/hr

Shift: Flexible 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Shifts available: Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to cover a sick leave. The position is temporary but ongoing until further notice. The ideal candidate has experience with SAP and is comfortable performing repetitive tasks (data entry, filing).

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Receives and processes customer orders/releases, checks for variation, and notifies the department supervisor of any changes.
  • Contacts customers in advance to notify them of late or incomplete shipments.
  • Solves any cumulative shipping discrepancies through shipping, inventory, and customers.
  • Advises the department manager of changes in releases.

Position Requirements:

  • Related work experience, preferred.
  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Cooperative with fellow employees.
  • Flexible to work overtime (weekdays/weekends).
  • Loyal and positive attitude towards the company and co-workers.
  • This person will also be required to go into the plant, so they will need to have safety shoes.
