We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Consultant to join our Talent Advisory practice.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead strategic HR and talent engagements, shape organizational culture, and deliver innovative solutions. You'll partner with clients across private, public and non-profit sectors - helping them design and implement talent initiatives, navigate change, build resilient teams, and foster inclusive, high-performing workplaces.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Advisory, you'll:

  • Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of Talent Advisory projects.
  • Provide strategic advice on HR planning, talent strategy, employee experience, workforce and succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Design and implement culture transformation initiatives and leadership development programs.
  • Conduct leadership assessments and facilitate individual and team development sessions.
  • Deliver hands-on HR advisory to clients on policies, compliance, and day-to-day workforce issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Royer Thompson and Facet.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to business development efforts.

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in consulting or internal HR leadership.
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; post-graduate HR certification or CPHR designation preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and deliver strategic HR and Talent solutions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
  • Cultural competence and a commitment to equity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
