Salary Range: $46,690.30 to $54.832.37 annually

Responsibilities

What you will be doing…

  • Assist the Facilities Manager in the preparation of project documentation including safety inspections, reports, and training.
  • Maintaining an organized project filing system, both electronically and hardcopy.
  • Assume overall responsibility for administrative matters of a more general nature, such as registry and maintenance of project files and records.
  • Assist in the tracking, processing and payment of project invoices.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs.
  • Assist in all aspects of the development and maintaining the College's Safety Management System.
Qualifications

Qualifications and Occupational Experience:

  • The minimum educational qualification for this position is a relevant post-secondary diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or other relevant discipline.
  • In addition, you possess training in WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety regulations as well as Standard First Aid, and CPR
  • You have a minimum of 3 years work experience within the Facilities Management sector or related occupational support field.
  • You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail,
  • You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work
