The position reports to the VP Human Resources and is responsible for providing global support of the HRIS system- SAP SuccessFactors including maintenance and administration, transaction processing, reporting, and technical project support for future module implementations, updates and enhancements. This role will act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple locations for system and project support as well as cross training.

Butterfield employs more than 1,300 people across 10 jurisdictions. Our Human Resources team supports the business and employees across the organization providing HR partnership in recruitment and retention, learning and development, talent management, culture and engagement, payroll and benefits, and information management and analytics. Our team works closely with HR Leaders and key stakeholders across the jurisdictions providing operational and strategic partnership ensuring the business has the data, talent and resources required to meet growing demands while working collaboratively to create a positive and rewarding employee experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing system and user support of SAP SuccessFactors modules including, but not limited to Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Time off, Time Scheduling, Benefits, Compensation, Qualtrics and Payroll.
• Leading the SuccessFactors administration process ensuring accurate and timely completion of Employee Central transactions within agreed SLAs while also providing training and support to ensure effective cross training is in place within the global HR team
• Preparing and processing data imports and changes to ensure data integrity and quality reporting for Group HR
• Troubleshooting system challenges and coordinating upgrades of SuccessFactors modules, escalating issues to management or third-party vendors as necessary
• Designing, developing and producing scheduled and ad-hoc reports for Global HR and other stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner analyzing metrics and dashboards to support HR and business decisions
• Providing training and support to HR and other users on SuccessFactors features and functionalities
• Identifying and proposing opportunities for system and process enhancements and to positively impact data integrity, reporting and business requirements
• Collaborating with stakeholders, HR users, Information Technology and external vendors
Your qualifications and skills include:
• Post-secondary education in human resources, system administration or a related field
• Minimum of three years' Human Resources and/or system administration experience with preference for prior HRIS administration and support experience
• Previous experience working in a structured control environment with preference to previous SOX experience
• High attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting timelines and agreed SLAs
• Strong knowledge of and working experience in Excel with ability to effectively process, manage and analyze data
• Collaborative with ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships internally and externally, and across multiple levels of the organization
• Demonstrates business acumen, problem solving skills, sound judgment, and risk based decision-making ability
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information and operate with absolute discretion.
