Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Centreville, Nova Scotia

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am start time.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Advantage Personnel is hiring a Forklift Operator for a busy operation in Centreville, NS. This role combines forklift operation with hands-on general labour tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and ensure proper operation
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Support production tasks such as stacking, sorting, and organizing materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, twisting, and turning
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• Must follow all company GMPs, SOPs, and sanitation policies
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
