As our Manager, Digital Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in driving Shannex's digital transformation strategy. You will work at the intersection of technology, data, and resident experience—helping shape the future of long-term care and retirement living.

About the Opportunity

• Foster a culture of experimentation, creativity, and continuous learning, while championing the Insights Lab as a catalyst for digital transformation.
• Execute on our strategic roadmap for digital innovation, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities and emerging industry trends.
• Lead, support, and inspire a team of data scientists, engineers, and innovative clinical specialists.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization and with external partners to accelerate innovation and drive adoption across the senior living and long-term care sector.
• Support the development of funding proposals and grant applications to advance initiatives and secure investment for growth.
• Define project goals, manage budgets, and oversee the timely execution of innovation initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance measures to track success and operational impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners—including research organizations and leaders in analytics and AI—to advance our applied health innovation strategy.

About You

In addition to valuing continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, you bring:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience leading digital transformation, technology innovation, or data-driven strategy initiatives
• A Master's degree in a relevant field (an asset)
• Certified Health Executive designation (an asset)
• A genuine passion for the healthcare sector and ensuring seniors have access to high-quality accommodations, services, and care
