Troubleshooting/diagnostic
Responsibilities
Tasks
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to equipment, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Work with minimal supervision
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Start-up and shut-down systems
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- Clean snow and ice from walkways
- Other duties as assigned
