Troubleshooting/diagnostic

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to equipment, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Maintain inventory of supplies
  • Start-up and shut-down systems
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways
  • Other duties as assigned
