Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Location: Edwardsville, Nova Scotia

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (or as assigned)

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Advantage Personnel is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our client's team in Edwardsville. This hands-on role involves supporting the maintenance department with equipment upkeep, repairs, and general facility maintenance. If you're detail-oriented, physically capable, and enjoy working in an active, team-based environment, this is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the maintenance team with daily tasks.
• Replace parts and support equipment repairs as needed.
• Disconnect and reconnect pumps, pipes, and other machinery.
• Clean filters, drains, and maintain tidy work areas.
• Safely move materials around the facility.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Physically capable of lifting and performing manual labour.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous maintenance or general labour experience is an asset.
• CSA-approved safety footwear is required.
