Construction Labourer

Job Title: Construction Labourer
Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Labourers to support our client on active construction sites in Dartmouth, NS. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, physically capable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move materials and equipment using shovels, wheelbarrows, and other tools.
• Operate small hand tools such as drills, hammers, and crowbars.
• Assist with general site clean-up and organization to maintain a safe workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and directions from supervisors.
• Travel between job sites as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous construction experience is required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Fall Arrest and Scissor Lift certifications are considered assets.
• Reliable transportation, as job sites may vary.
• Must have personal PPE: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
