Position: Forklift Operator
Location: Mount Pearl, NL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour
Our client is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Labour - Forklift Operator to join our team in Mount Pearl, NL. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring materials are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately.
Responsibilities
-Load and unload trailers and materials using a forklift
-Pick and prepare orders for shipment
-Perform general labour duties such as packaging, shrink wrapping, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
-Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies
-Handle materials and assist in general warehouse operations as required
Requirements
-Must have CSA-approved Steel Toe Boots, Safety Vest, and Hard Hat
-Provide valid Forklift Certification
-Previous experience operating a forklift considered an asset
-Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Attention to detail and commitment to safety
