Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with experience working on a team and managing various maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
• Apply electrical knowledge to diagnose and fix electrical issues within the facility.
• Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting equipment problems.
• Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.

Experience

• Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
• Proficient in welding techniques and electrical systems maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• A commitment to safety standards and practices in all aspects of work.
