The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Fixed-Term Administrative Assistant II to join our team in St. John's, NL

This is a 12-month fixed-term position working Monday-Friday from the St. John's office.

The role includes administration assistance on daily basis, with a specific focus in data analytics and data entry.

Additionally, in this position, you will:

• Communicates with contacts at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Provides and obtains information from other managers and directors or outside representatives.
• Prepares regular correspondences, reports, and presentations using the appropriate software for word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets.
• Process invoices for payment into the SAP system and maintain invoice filing system, ensuring prompt payment to suppliers with agreed upon timelines. Investigate and resolve any issues arising.
• Works independently within specific scope as determined by the immediate supervisor.
• Assists in the budget process by consolidating information and monitoring spend throughout the year.

About You

Education:

• A diploma in office or business administration is required.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required.
• Data entry.

Skills:

• Proficient in MicroSoft Office Suite, specifically in excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing reliable and repeatable results.
